As a service to our patients we do the upmost to maximize your insurance benefits. Depending on your specific needs, some services may be covered fully, partially and/or require a co-pay. Our business staff will file all the necessary insurance forms for your dental benefits.
Due to constantly changing insurance policies, we are only able to approximate your insurance benefits. A predetermination of benefits can be filed with your insurance provider. This is not a guarantee of payment.
For your convenience, we offer an online bill pay system allowing you to pay your bill from anywhere at any time, eliminating the hassle of having to mail in checks or come into the office solely to pay an amount owed. Our online bill pay system is quick, simple and secure.

Payment or an agreed upon payment arrangement is expected the same day of service.
Whenever possible, you will receive a treatment plan prior to scheduling needed appointments. This will contain your estimated personal responsibility due the day of service.
