We ask that you please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete some initial dental forms. You may also download the forms below, fill out at home and bring with you to your first appointment.
At Triple Cities Family Dental, your first visit at our Binghamton office will be with one of our highly trained dental hygienists. They will evaluate your overall dental health by performing a dental cleaning, periodontal charting, oral cancer screening, and taking x-rays as needed.
One of our dentists will perform a thorough exam including an evaluation of all teeth and the hard & soft tissue of the oral cavity.
